everything was perfect, nevertheless a few employees were highly unprofessional. we had a double room in a pathetic condition. the room also had climate control, tv, and a kettle. location: the hotel was close to nadi international airport. plus, nausori highlands was within a 25-minute walk from the venue.

Convenient Location but Poor Maintenance

I chose this place due to its proximity to the airport, but the facility was very run down, with cleanliness issues evident throughout the room and a lack of basic maintenance. the staff was unwelcoming and seemed poorly trained, adding to the frustration of my stay. Better management and improvements in hygiene would make it more suitable for travelers.

I felt like a princess munching on my continental breakfast at the airport, feeling sorry for those missing out. the vegetarian options were so good, even the pigeons outside wanted a bite!
